Abby’s classes invite her students to turn inward and let their experiences inform the practice, and the practice inform their lives.
Abby Tucker is a teacher, priestess and mystic who brings earth-based and gnostic wisdom into all of her work to help students unveil their internal wisdom, strength and power.
Abby Tucker’s yoga classes are inspirational and grounded in the joy of embodiment. She has 20 + years of study and teaching, and in class you will find refined alignment, weaved alongside storytelling, mythology and a connection to the cycles of nature along with techniques such as pranayama and meditation to help students feel empowered both on and off the mat.

No Classes Christmas Day.
Monday Evening Classes are cancelled on all Monday holidays (MLK, Presidents, Memorial, Labor, as well as any holiday that falls on a Monday on any given year, including Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve)
When Abby travels, she pre-records one class per week. These classes are automatically emailed to yoga subscription holders for the duration of the travel period. If you want to purchase a single class during a travel period, please register and the class will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Your subscription will auto-renew each month until you cancel it. Once you subscribe, you will receive the code and password which will work to register for all of your classes. You will receive an email with the Zoom link when you register for class.
Please Note: Class Subscriptions are non-refundable and classes do not transfer from one billing period to the next. Please choose the plan that best works for your schedule and average number of classes you will take in the billing period. If you will have an extended period of not being able to attend classes, please temporarily cancel your subscription or contact Abby to temporarily pause the subscription.
